KGM’s service and quality managers from thirteen European countries attended the conference. They reviewed and shared current service/quality-related issues, and discussed how to improve service/quality for customers and to support expanding sales.
KGM Motor has held regional service conferences since 2011, and plans to hold Global Service Conference next year following 2013.
